What to Know:
- No Parking signs are posted at least 72 hours before sweeping begins
- Vehicles parked on signed streets may be ticketed or towed
- Remove curb ramps and objects from streets before sweeping
- Residents are encouraged to sweep winter sand onto the road before operations begin
Report concerns through Fort Report.
Snow Clearing
Sanding begins when roads become slippery, with priority given to intersections, hills, and curves. Residential streets are serviced based on a priority map and weather conditions.
Temporary Road Right-of-Way Signs
Community organizations must apply for a permit to place temporary signs on City road right-of-ways.
