Mental Health Week is an opportunity to prioritize wellbeing, build connection, and take simple steps to support your mental health. Fort Saskatchewan FCSS is hosting a series of accessible, community-focused activities throughout the week.

Mental Health Week Kick-Off & Proclamation

Date: Monday, May 4, 2026
Proclamation: 1:00 pm at City Hall (Deputy Mayor Gale Katcher)

FREE Drop-In Fitness Sessions + Mental Health Week Punch Pass

Support your mental health through movement.

Visit Harbour Pool or the Dow Centennial Centre during Mental Health Week and participate in drop-in fitness activities. Pick up a Mental Health Week punch pass at the front desk, after three visits, submit your completed card to be entered into a prize draw.

  • Three visits. One entry. A simple way to build healthy habits.

  • Pickup your punch pass from City Hall, Dow Centennial Centre, or Harbour Pool.

  • Punch passes are available during Mental Health Week only.

FREE Movie – Kung Fu Panda

Join us at Fort Cinema for a special family movie morning in celebration of Mental Health Week featuring Kung Fu Panda, a story about confidence, perseverance, and believing in yourself.
