Special Event Permits
Planning an event in Fort Saskatchewan? If you're hosting your event on City property, such as parks, streets, or public spaces, you'll need a Special Event Permit to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly. The City provides support for event organizers, including access to public spaces, safety planning, and coordination with municipal services.
Please have all required documents completed and returned to the Culture and Heritage Supervisor a minimum of 28 days before your event. If all required forms are not completed and returned a minimum of 28 days prior to your event, a late processing fee of $70.00 will apply.
Please note: Submitting the Special Event Application Form and any required documents does not guarantee approval. If you have questions during the application process or would like a paper copy of the form, please contact our office.
