Ice Rental Process

Spring/Summer Ice Rental (April 1 – August 31)

Fort Saskatchewan offers spring and summer ice rentals from April 1 to August 31.  Weekly ice availability updates allow you to review and make requests.

2026 Spring / Summer Ice Rental Process

Join the availability email list

• Email the Bookings Office at  bookings@fortsask.ca by October 27, 2025 to be added.
• Every Wednesday, you’ll receive an email with the latest available ice times.
• Spring/ Summer ice will be viewed on the ice availability email starting October 29, 2025.
• Ice can only be requested by email to the Bookings Office.
• You may unsubscribe from the list at any time.

Request Ice

• Review the weekly availability list.
• Send your request by email to bookings@fortsask.ca on the date that applies to you (early requests will not be processed).
• Local residents: starting November 1, 2025
• Non-local residents: starting December 1, 2025

Confirmation

• The Bookings Team will review requests in the order they are received (first come, first served).
• You will be contacted directly to confirm your booking within 3 business days (72 hrs).
• The ice availability email is updated weekly.
• Ice rentals are not confirmed without a signed rental agreement. 
• Ice rental agreements must be signed and returned within one week of being sent to confirm the ice.
