About Shell Theatre

Shell Theatre has main floor wheelchair accessible seating available for you. You can request wheelchair accessible seating when ordering your tickets through the Dow Centennial Front desk or by phone at 780-992-6400.

Complimentary Handi-van

We offer a complimentary handi-van service so you can embrace special events at the Shell Theatre in partnership with the Special Transportation Services Society, the City of Fort Saskatchewan, and Shayne Sharp. The handi-van offers individual wheelchair accessibility plus bench seating for three people. To find out more please call: 780-940-5247.

We are on 8700 84 Street, Fort Saskatchewan, just off Highway 21, located in the Dow Centennial Centre.

We are only a 30-minute drive from downtown Edmonton, and are easily accessible from the Yellowhead highway.

We have free parking directly outside the main doors of the theatre. If the lot is full, there are plenty of overflow options nearby.

The Shell Theatre at the Dow Centennial Centre is a 538-seat venue for performances, weddings, and events, with pro sound, lighting, and an elegant lobby.

Volunteers are an important part of the Shell Theatre team, helping ensure every show runs smoothly. We welcome volunteers of all ages and experience levels.

Front-of-House Roles Include:

• Ticket Taker – Scan or collect tickets at the entrance
• Usher – Help guests find their seats and hand out programs
• Lift Operator – Assist patrons with mobility needs using the lift
• Access Control – Monitor entrances, exits, and backstage areas
