Property Taxes Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
The Fort Electronic Payment Plan (FEPP) offers Fort Saskatchewan property owners a convenient way to pay property taxes through monthly pre-authorized withdrawals. Learn how to apply, check eligibility, and manage your account to avoid missed payments and penalties.
Monthly tax payments are automatically withdrawn on the 15th of each month.
Eligibility
You are eligible for FEPP if:
- Your tax account is paid in full for the months previous to the application date.
- You have a chequing account at a financial institution.
- Your Mortgage Company is NOT currently paying your property taxes.
Apply for FEPP
Applications are accepted year-round. Complete the FEPP application form to set up pre-authorized payments.
You can also Download the Property Tax FEPP Application and return it by email to finance@fortsask.ca or dropping them off at City Hall (10005 102 Street).
Please note: A void cheque for a pre-authorized banking form must be attached to each application.
Application forms are also available at City Hall.
Account updates and cancellations
It is your responsibility to inform the Finance Department if you:
- changed your financial institution, or

The City will cancel FEPP when:
