Agendas and Minutes

Council agendas are prepared for each meeting of Council and are available to the public 6 days before each meeting.

Legislative Services will make every effort to have the archived version available the Friday following the Council Meeting. The agenda, minutes and supporting material will be linked to the archived video.

All Council meetings are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.

Video is unavailable for the following Council Meetings:  July 14, 2015, May 24, 2016, and October 24, 2017.

Regular Council meetings

Regular Council meetings of the City of Fort Saskatchewan are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Regular meetings start at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, and is open to the public.

Should Council be required to meet in-camera, they may do so to discuss matters as permitted by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. In-camera meetings start at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise decided by Council, and are closed to the public.

Committee of the Whole meetings

Committee of the Whole Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, or at the call of the Mayor at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Lang Room.
