Please note: Two Special Council Meetings have been scheduled for:
- July 24, 2024, commencing at 10:00 am in Council Chamber
- August 6, 2024, commencing at 2:00 pm in Council Chamber
Council agendas are prepared for each meeting of Council and are available to the public 6 days before each meeting.
Legislative Services will make every effort to have the archived version available the Friday following the Council Meeting. The agenda, minutes and supporting material will be linked to the archived video*.

Regular Council meetings of the City of Fort Saskatchewan are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month through virtual means and/or in-person in Council Chamber, located at City Hall, 10005 – 102 Street, Fort Saskatchewan, commencing at 2:00 p.m. Should Council be required to meet in closed session, they may do so as the last order of business on the agenda, or as agreed upon by Council, to discuss matters as permitted by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Committee of the Whole Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, through virtual means and/or in-person in Council Chamber, located at City Hall, 10005 102 St, Fort Saskatchewan, commencing at 2:00 p.m. Should Committee of the Whole be required to meet in closed session, they may do so as the last order of business on the agenda, or as agreed upon by Members to discuss matters as permitted by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
