Council agendas are prepared for each meeting of Council and are available to the public 6 days before each meeting.
Legislative Services will make every effort to have the archived version available the Friday following the Council Meeting. The agenda, minutes and supporting material will be linked to the archived video*.

Regular Council meetings of the City of Fort Saskatchewan are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month through virtual means and/or in-person in Council Chambers at City Hall, 10005 – 102 Street, Fort Saskatchewan, commencing at 2:00 p.m. Should Council be required to meet in-camera, they may do so to discuss matters as permitted by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. In-camera meetings are the last order of business on the agenda, unless otherwise decided by Council, and are closed to the public. Regular Council Meeting dates that are cancelled:
