Westpark Area Structure Plan Amendment - Bylaw C1-24

Davis Consulting Group on behalf of Westpark Land Company Ltd. applied to amend the Land Use Bylaw, Westpark Area Structure Plan, and Forest Ridge Outline Plan. These proposed amendments are intended to facilitate the development of single-detached, semi-detached, and multi-attached dwellings on narrow lots in Forest Ridge.

The Westpark Area Structure Plan (ASP) is the City’s adopted statutory plan that provides development directions for the Westpark area. The existing ASP allocates the subject site for Low Density Residential development. The proposed amendment will change this designation to Flexible Low and Medium Density Residential. The Westpark ASP amendment details can be found in the Attachment.
