Council agendas are prepared for each meeting of Council and are available to the public 6 days before each meeting.

Legislative Services will make every effort to have the archived version available the Friday following the Council Meeting. The agenda, minutes and supporting material will be linked to the archived video*.

Council Meetings

• Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

• Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month.

• Council meetings are held through virtual means and/or in-person in Council Chamber, located at City Hall, 10005 102 Street, Fort Saskatchewan, commencing at 2:00 pm.

• Should Council or Committee of the Whole be required to meet in closed session, they may do so as the last order of business on the agenda, or as agreed upon by Council, to discuss matters as permitted by the Access to Information Act and Protection of Privacy Act.
