Other Districts

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is developing a new Land Use Bylaw, and the Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Parks and Recreation, Public Service, and Urban Reserve Districts are an area of focus.

Additionally, two Direct Control Districts are carried over from the current Land Use Bylaw.

Direct Control Districts are intended to apply to sites or areas that are intended to be subdivided and/or developed under individually unique circumstances requiring site-specific regulations.
