  • More than $12.8 billion in industrial investment announced over the past five years
  • Nearly 500 new housing starts in 2025 
  • Major industrial expansion projects from Dow Canada, Keyera, Linde, and Plains Midstream 
  • The new Aquatics Facility at the Dow Centennial Centre 
  • The upcoming Bike Skills Park 
  • Road, utility, and annexation planning to support future growth
