Sale of Public Land
Petition deadline: July 21, 2026 at 11:59 pm
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is proposing to dispose of land along the northern boundary of NE1/4-13-54-23-4, between Highway 21 and Willow Link.
This portion of road right-of-way is undeveloped, not used for vehicular traffic, and is currently naturalized with trees and grass. The proposed land sale area is irregular in shape and is approximately 520 – 760m in length by 16 – 40m in width, with an area of 2.56 ha (6.33 acres), as shown in Attachment A.
These lands are to be developed in accordance with the Pointe Aux Pins Area Structure Plan.
This notice is issued in accordance with the Municipal Government Act to inform the public about the sale.
Those wishing to file a petition in response to this sale must do so by July 21, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
