For urgent matters after 4:30 pm, on weekends, or on City-recognized stat holidays, please call our after-hours line: 780-439-7574.

Examples of urgent matters include: potential water break (water running from ground), reporting a sewer backup, dangerous obstruction on roadway (e.g. tree down, material from a truck), a catch basin or manhole cover that has been dislodged, or a deceased animal.
