Land Use Bylaw Project

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is creating a new Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The City recognizes that areas within Fort Saskatchewan are different. Our goal is to create custom regulations that reflect the uniqueness of each neighbourhood.

Progress

No engagement have been completed for the Other Districts within the Land Use Bylaw. Feedback from the final City-Wide Final Engagement will be summarized and shared with the community before the new Land Use Bylaw is presented to Council.

What's Next?

The City is working on the final draft based on what we heard. We will announce when the final draft is ready and will post it to this page.

We’re still in the draft stages—nothing is finalized yet. Your input will help shape the final decisions.
