The City of Fort Saskatchewan is developing a new Land Use Bylaw, and the Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Parks and Recreation, Public Service, and Urban Reserve Districts are an area of focus.
Land Use Bylaw Project
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is creating a new Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The City recognizes that areas within Fort Saskatchewan are different. Our goal is to create custom regulations that reflect the uniqueness of each neighbourhood.
Progress
No engagement have been completed for the Other Districts within the Land Use Bylaw. Feedback from the final City-Wide Final Engagement will be summarized and shared with the community. Input from the Final Engagement will help inform the final version presented to Council.
What's Next?
The final draft of the proposed Land Use Bylaw has now been released and is available for review on this page.
